Rent and Tenant Charge Payments
- Payment for rent and tenant charges are due and payable on the first day of each month.
- A late fee will be charged on any payments received after the grace period, as provided in your lease.
- The Building Management Office does not accept any payments.
All checks should be made payable to Knickerbocker Properties, Inc. XXXIII and remitted to the following address:

Tenant Billing Address
- Rent Statements and tenant charge invoices are sent to the tenant addresses established in the lease. Please advise the Building Management Office, in writing, of any changes to billing address.
