Deliveries

All deliveries made to 525 Market Street must be made using the freight elevators through the loading dock entrances on Stevenson Street:

  • Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:45 PM.
  • Deliveries and loading dock parking are restricted to 20 minutes and should not take up more space than one freight-elevator load.
  • Parking in the loading dock is on a space-available basis and may not be reserved for deliveries during business hours.
  • The use of any type of hand-truck or cart is not permitted through the main lobby or on any passenger elevator.
  • Vendor employees must sign-in and have photo identification available to present to the security officer before use of the freight elevators to access their destination floor.

Deliveries requiring extended use (longer than 20 minutes) of either the loading dock or freight elevators are considered ‘moves’ and need to be scheduled with the Building Management Office in advance.

In brief, after-hours deliveries or extended use deliveries (‘moves’) shall be completed after regular business hours (6:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and all day on weekends and building holidays). A minimum of forty-eight hours advance notice is subject to prior scheduling.
