Elevators

Freight Elevator / Loading Dock:

  • The two freight elevators operate Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM and should be used for all standard deliveries. Larger deliveries or those requiring longer than 20 minutes should be done after regular business hours (6:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays). Arrangements can be made for after-hours freight use through the Building Management Office. Please contact the Building Management office at (415) 546-1096 for additional requirements and availability.
  • The freight elevators operate on ‘access control’ at all times. Only individuals who have been granted freight elevator access on their building access card can use the freight elevators after-hours and will only be allowed to travel to the access granted floors. Should a vendor need to use the freight elevators after-hours for a delivery or ‘move’, security will unlock the freight elevator granting access to only the floor(s) and times specified that was authorized by the tenant and Building Management Office.
  • Vendors who arrive to make deliveries during normal business hours will sign-in and check out an access card from the loading dock desk. A current identification card / driver’s license must be provided as collateral. If a vendor needs to use the freight elevator after-hours for a delivery or ‘move’, their access will be scheduled through the Building Management Office via a Building Access Request Form.
