525 Market Street is a 38-story modern Class- A high-rise strategically located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District. The building is at the center of the traditionally recognized north of Market financial district, and the rapidly expanding south of Market financial district. Within a few blocks is Yerba Buena Gardens, the Moscone Convention Center, and Union Square, the City’s most elegant shopping area. Oracal Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, is also just a short walk away.

Constructed of steel and concrete, 525 Market Street was completed in 1973. At 1.2 million gross square feet, the building is one of the largest in the city. The classically designed office tower has floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic skyline and bay views of the City. Floor plates averaging 27,500 rentable square feet with center core configuration provide maximum space efficiency and planning flexibility.

New lobby and plaza renovations were completed in 2016, adding modern finishes to this prominent building. The majestic two-story lobby has been rebuilt with a glass bridge over the lobby along Market Street and a state-of-the-art security console. Split faced travertine and Italian granite were used extensively throughout the lobby, which has lounge seating as well. The plaza area provides an intimate garden setting and features a five-foot tall acrylic water fountain with outdoor seating as well as a second-floor sun terrace.

525 Market Street is served by 20 modernized elevators. Ground floor retail amenities include a Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, and juice bar, fresh food shop. BART, Muni Transit and the Ferry Terminal are steps from the building entrance.
